    • Duration: 13 weeks
    • 40 hours weekly guarantee
    • Shift: 8-5 with rotating weekends
    • Facility Setting: ARU, Med/surg, OP
    • Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes
    • Number of beds in your facility: 12 acute rehab
    • EMR for your facility: Medhost, nethealth (redoc)
    • Scrub colors / dress code: Royal Blue
    • Parking Location: Hospital parking lot by helicopter pad - Requirements:
      • Active Unrestricted AZ License
      • BLS by American Heart Association - required
      • Must have at least 2 years experience in unit
